How do we get to your office?

Do I need to bring anything to the appointment?

Yes, there are several items we will need at your first appointment.  Click this Patient Information link for a list of information and items to bring.

Should I bring x-rays from other facilities?

Yes, if you’ve had x-rays of the body area we will be checking, please contact the facility and let them know that we will need the x-rays and images.  They may be able to provide them for us on the computer.

Is Wenatchee Orthopaedics associated with any other health care facilities?

Yes, Wenatchee Orthopaedics is owned and operated by of Central Washington Hospital.

How do I reach your billing department?

The billing for Wenatchee Orthopaedics is handled by a central billing office located on the Central Washington Hospital campus.  The billing office can be reached at (509) 665-6170

How much will my visit cost?

This can vary depending on the complexity of the visit and whether x-rays or procedures are performed at the visit.

Is the doctor a preferred provider with my insurance?

We accept most insurance plans and our providers are contracted with many of them.  You can verify this by contacting your insurance company directly or you may contact our billing department.

How do I contact my doctor after business hours?

If it’s an emergency, call 911.  By calling our office number you will reach our answering service.  They are able to reach the on call doctor for any urgent questions or problems.

Who do I call to get my prescription refilled?

Contact your pharmacy for all prescription refills.  Your pharmacy will send us a fax if they need further information.

What is a PA-C?

PA-C stands for Physician Assistant – Certified.  Our physician assistants are certified by the State of Washington.
