Non-Discrimination Policy

It is the policy of Central Washington Hospital to prohibit unlawful discrimination with respect to its admissions, services, or employment practices. CWH will not unlawfully discriminate, exclude, or deny benefits to any person on the basis of a status protected by law from discrimination including: race, color, religion, creed, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran’s status, sexual orientation, marital status (including domestic partnerships), or any other legally protected status or class.

Central Washington Hospital operates its programs and conducts its services in compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Civil Rights Act of 1991, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1975 (ADEA), the Older Workers Benefit Protection Act of 1990, the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) as Amended 2008, the Genetic Information Non-Discrimination Act 2009, and the federal regulations implementing these laws, including applicable regulations of the Department of Health and Human Services issued pursuant to the Acts, Title 45 Code of Federal Regulations part 80, 84, and 91.  The Hospital will also comply with the Washington State Domestic Partnership Law (RCW 26-60-070).
