Online Bill Pay: Frequently-Asked Questions

What bills can I pay online?

You may pay your doctor bill, hospital bill, or any bill you receive from any Central Washington Hospital source (including Central Washington Hospital, Family Physicians, Home Health and Hospice, Home Infusion, Women’s Health and Wenatchee Orthopedics) online using MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover. You may also pay from a bank account, such as checking or savings accounts.

Payments are processed within two (2) business days, and there is no fee for making an online payment.

Is it secure for submitting my financial information?

Yes. The transaction portion of our website is protected with the latest encryption software.

Can I view my account balance online?

Online access to account information is not currently available. If you have any billing questions, please contact the Patient Services department.

What if I am due a refund or want to cancel an online payment?

All transactions processed on the Central Washington Hospital online bill payment system are eligible for a refund if the patient would like to cancel a payment. To request a cancellation of a payment, please contact our Patient Services department. Please allow 10 -14 business days for a refund check to be issued for a check transaction processed through the Central Washington Hospital online bill payment system.
