How do we get to your office?

We are located at 1215 South Miller Street in Wenatchee. We are located in the southwest corner of Central Washington Hospital's parking area. 

Do I need to bring anything to the appointment?

Yes, there are several items we will need at your first appointment.  Click this Patient Information link for a list of information and items to bring.

How do I reach your billing department?

To contact our billing department, call (509) 665-6170 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. M-F.

How much will my visit cost?

This can vary depending on the complexity of the visit and whether x-rays or procedures are performed at the visit. You can discuss this with your provider and our front desk staff.

Is the doctor a preferred provider with my insurance?

We accept most insurance plans and our providers are contracted with many of them.  You can verify this by contacting your insurance company directly or you may contact our billing department.

How do I contact my doctor after business hours?

If it’s an emergency, call 911.  You can call our after-hours answering service at (800) 270-2662.  They are able to reach the on-call doctor for any urgent questions and concerns.

Who do I call to get my prescription refilled?

Contact your pharmacy for all prescription refills.  Your pharmacy will send us a fax if they need further information.
