Droplet Precations. Patients with influenza-like illnesses (ILIs) or those with confirmed or suspected influenza must be in droplet precautions. 

Employee Illness.  Click here to view Requirements for ILL Employees. 

  • If you develop symptoms of Influenza Like Illness (ILI) while at work, contact your supervisor to report illness and arrange immediate replacement so you can leave work to go home and rest. If not at work, don't come to work-stay home and rest. Contact your primary care provider to report your symptoms if you have any chronic illness (asthma, heart disease, etc.) 
  • Call the Illness Reporting Line at 661-3525 to report your name, symptoms, illness start date and when and where you last worked. 

Influenza Vaccination Program. Participation in the 2009-2010 Influenza Vaccination Program is MANDATORY. If you have received the influenza vaccines elsewhere, or wish to decline, click the links below to open and print out both of the consent/declination forms. Route the completed forms to Employee Health.
