Viewing Total Units Blood Transfused 

You have the ability to view the total number of units the patient has received during their hospital stay.

Viewing total number of units 

1. Open up Interactive View, then select the Intake and Output band.
2. Click on Transfusions.  
3. Right-click on the filter bar and select Admission to Current.
   NOTE:  You can also select Other and specify a range that you would like to view (i.e. last three days).
4. Click on the black arrow to scroll all the way over to the left.  
5. At the top of the IView screen you should see Clinical Range and 24 Hour. In the transfusion section you should see the total units of blood given during this hospital stay and the total number of units given in the last 24 hours.
