David W. Parks, DMD - Board Chair
Dr. Parks, an orthodontist, has been a member of the Board since May 2001, and serves as the Chair.

Ken Martin - Vice President
Mr. Martin is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Cashmere Valley Bank. He joined the Board in May 2006, and serves as the Vice President.

Marc Heminger - Secretary
Mr. Heminger is a partner in the Gellatly Agency Inc. He began his service in May 1998, and presently serves as Secretary.

Kristine S. Loomis - Treasurer
Ms. Loomis is a principal in the accounting firm of Cordell, Neher & Company, PLLC. She joined the Board in May 2010.

Si Bautista
Mr. Bautista joined the Board in May 2001. He is retired from the restaurant industry and is the immediate past Chair of the Board.

Dr. Butler is the current Chief of the Medical Staff.

John W. Gill, MD
Dr. Gill is an Internal Medicine specialist with the Wenatchee Valley Medical Center. He joined the board in April 2003, and has previously served as Board Secretary.

Mr. Johnson is a partner in the Johnson, Gaukroger, Drewelow, Crossland & Woolett, P.S. law firm. He joined the board in May 2001.
