Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon
Dr. Vejvoda, of Central Washington Hospital Wenatchee Orthopaedics, is a board certified orthopedic surgeon with specialty training in spine reconstruction. He obtained his bachelors degree from Trinity College in Deerfield, Illinois where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. His medical school training was completed at Southern Illinois University where he graduated with Institutional Honors and was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha National Medical Honors Society. After completing his orthopaedic surgery residency and passing his American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons written examination, he completed an additional year of training in complex spinal reconstruction in Seattle at Swedish Medical Center.
Dr. Vejvoda enjoys general orthopedics and fracture care as well as providing specialized care in spine surgery. He is currently a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, North American Spine Society, and the Washington State Orthopaedic Association. He has traveled to Haiti to provide humanitarian medical aid.
Dr. Vejvoda enjoys hiking and camping with his wife and three daughters and personally enjoys woodworking, cycling, climbing, kayaking, ice hockey, skiing, and fishing.
